Some random gave me food as part of my usual stray dog act for free lunch. It was a surprise when they came in to interview with us the next day. We were a bit concerned that they only had 5 years of experience for our entry level position (job posting said recent college graduates with at least 7-10 years).
When they were more than willing to take well below market rate pay, I knew we had found someone who cares about more than just a paycheck.
Now that’s a future rockstar!
